Eleutherodactylus rufifemoralis is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to the Dominican Republic. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
